Terms of Service
These Terms constitute the agreement between you and VPNFP regarding the cross-border network acceleration subscription service. By creating an account or purchasing any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, form the complete agreement for this service.
Service Scope and Coverage
VPNFP provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service with routes covering 110+ countries / 170+ routes, and clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is delivered in two forms: monthly subscriptions at ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB, where data resets monthly on your activation date and mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into extra days; and data packages at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, which never expire and remain usable until fully consumed. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Subscription contents (including clients and subscription links) are retrieved and imported through the user panel.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to sign up—an account can be created with just a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe; losses caused by poor credential safekeeping are borne by you. There is no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices per account, but each account is for the registrant's personal use only: reselling accounts or subscriptions, sharing account credentials, or using this service as the basis for a commercial proxy or similar offering is prohibited. If any of the above is discovered, this service may handle the account under the "Account Termination" section of these Terms.
Acceptable Use Requirements
You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your region and of any location where your usage occurs while using this service. Using this service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited, including but not limited to: infringing the intellectual property or other lawful rights of others, distributing information prohibited by law, attacking, disrupting, or gaining unauthorized access to any network or system, and any other activity that harms the interests of others or the public. You bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account; disputes or legal liabilities arising from your actions are unrelated to this service.
Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
Cross-border network links are affected by external factors such as international outbound bandwidth, carrier route adjustments, and destination service policies, so the service may experience speed fluctuations, partial route unavailability, or brief interruptions. This service continuously maintains route quality but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every network environment and destination website. To the extent permitted by law, this service is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by the external factors described above. Routes and node configurations may be adjusted as operations require; such adjustments do not affect the data allowance or validity rules you have already purchased.
Account Termination
This service may suspend or terminate the relevant account, and decide at its discretion whether to issue a refund, if any of the following occurs: violation of the prohibitions in these Terms (including reselling, sharing credentials, or unlawful use); abuse of service resources or interference with normal service operation; or non-payment of fees due. You may also stop renewing at any time to end the service; purchased data packages are retained under the "never expire, usable until fully consumed" rule. Account termination does not affect payment obligations incurred before termination or the surviving provisions of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
This service may revise these Terms from time to time based on operational and compliance needs. Revised versions will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. In the event of a material change, advance notice will be given via user panel announcements or on-site notifications. If you continue using this service after a revision takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop renewing and discontinue use.
